What is a Chiropodist?
Chiropodists are regulated health professionals who assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of medical conditions of the foot. They provide a variety of medical services ranging from general foot care and preventative care, custom foot orthotics, in-office surgeries and more.
Do I need a referral?
Referrals are welcome but not necessary. While healthcare providers refer many patients, you can contact the clinic directly to schedule an appointment.
What can I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit includes completing a medical intake form and a comprehensive examination of your legs and feet. We will discuss a personalized treatment plan, and treatment may be provided during the same visit.

Preparation: Please remove any nail polish, shellac, acrylics, or nail extensions before your appointment.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Chiropody care in Ontario is not covered by OHIP, but may be covered under your extended healthcare insurance plan. We recommend checking your coverage before coming into the clinic.
